Lisa co-owns a bustling small farm in Marlow called Mack Hill Farm (mackhillfarm.com) where she raises sheep, pigs, chickens and even owns several beehives! She's currently recouping from an injury and we hope she feels better soon. :)

She had this to say about what made up this incredible spread: [The breakfast included] our homegrown bacon, spinach omelet with spinach from the garden and our farm fresh eggs and Cabot cheese, freshly picked strawberries on homemade sourdough shortbread and freshly whipped raw milk cream.Sounds good to me...maybe too good!

I know this is a bit off subject but I just got to listen to Cabot's RD Sara Wing describe breakfast and using Omega 3 reduced fat cheddar instead of full-fat...She was in Chicago at the American Dietetic Association this weekend. THANKS for giving me one more way and one more meal to include omega in my 'older' brain, SARA....
