It's only Friday (and yes, thank goodness), but I'm already thinking about my Sunday dinner. What could be better on a chilly Sunday evening than Baked Macaroni & Cheese? Just look at that photo! Warm, cheesy pasta topped with buttered bread crumbs...decadent! I do love the occasional Grandma-style Sunday dinner, but if you want to make it a lighter meal, Cabot makes it easy for you. Substitute our regular Extra Sharp Cheddar for our 50% Reduced Fat Cheddar, brown rice pasta, and use olive oil to saute the breadcrumbs.
