Just in time for Thanksgiving: the Los Angeles Times is showing us some love! This really is some great timing, considering the subject matter of today's "Say Cheese!"
The LA Times is touting a hand-picked cheese platter as the easy appetizer to assemble before your Thanksgiving feast. Their food columnist has prepared a shopping list of cheeses -- from goat to Gruyere -- and thinks it should include Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar. Sounds perfect to me!
