Cheesy anticipation...it's almost too much!

Jasper Hill is a major supporter of sustainable agriculture in Vermont, and their state-of-the-art cheese-aging cellars -- or "caves" -- where Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar is aged play a key role in our mutual goals of supporting local dairy farmers.
Michele works at one of the Whole Foods Markets in Raleigh and recently heard some great news from her store:

"I found out today that we'll be receiving two of these wheels soon! We're very excited to have them."

We did get our two wheels this past Sunday! They're beautiful. We have been tasting it out to customers all week, and they love it!
