What do you serve when you're throwing a party for a few hundred of your colleagues, and have the whole world watching? The menu, inspired by some of Abraham Lincoln's favorite dishes, was a mouth-watering cornucopia of wild game, coastal flavors, Southern delicacies and, naturally, California wine pairings.
