I am always looking for something to make for dinner. It's a never-ending process. There are wonderful recipes on the Cabot site (hint, hint) and there are wonderful recipes out here in the big world! When I came across this one from Big Sis/Lil Sis, I was particularly excited because they used 50% reduced fat cheddar. So check this:Spinach Quiche with Tomato Sauce Seens the quiche is LilSis' recipe, that she got from a friend. The two sisters have been making different varieties - with crust, without crust and now... with Cabot 50% reduced fat cheddar.

Thanks for sharing the quiche recipe with everyone, Wendy! It's definitely a favorite! There's so much you can do with the cheese for some variety. Lately, I've been using half cheddar and half monterey jack. I'll definitely give the Cabot 50% reduced fat cheeses a try next time I make this. Since BigSis is a vegetarian, she doesn't add ham, but I always add some ham in mine, too.
