And then....Poppy wrote that Cabot is her "favorite cheese company in the universe." Wow, in the universe!
Turns out that she is a Vermont girl who moved to NYC last year and Cabot is her favorite reminder of home.
OMG! THAT'S ME!!!!!!!!!! Hehehehehe. I have to tell everyone I know!!!!
Ask anyone, I've always said Cabot is my favorite. I love it. It's always in my fridge, it's always what I use to make any cheese dish, and it's always what reminds me of home.
I miss home now. :}
